New Beginnings

First off, we would like to thank you all for 3 amazing years at our downtown location. Without the dedication and loyalty of our customers and staff, none of this would have been possible. We have been working tirelessly since June and the time has come to close our doors on our downtown location. We have truly enjoyed our time here, but it is time for Skyline to grow. It is tough for us to leave but we have bigger and better things around the corner and we can’t wait to see you all there.

We are down to the finish work and need some time to stock the shelves and train our staff. Our last day on Elm St. will be on November 16, we are going to bust our butts to be open within 2 weeks from then. Come make this time with us extra special and fun by coming down and visiting us.

We would love to see this space continue to be a destination, we plan to offer this as a turn key craft beer bar and restaurant. We’ll have details available soon for what we plan on offering to the next tenant. Stay tuned, and we’ll see you in a few weeks!

Party At The New Place!

It’s been a long time coming, and the wait is (almost) over - so let’s celebrate by partying at our new place! We won’t be officially open until November 2019, but before then we want everyone to get a glimpse of the new space and break it in Skyline style.

We’ll be hosting a series of three events over the next few months for our Skyline family, featuring new menu items, live music, yard games, and special collaboration beers with Two Weeks Notice Brewing, Co. Our events will take place on:

  • Saturday, August 31

  • Saturday, September 28

  • Saturday, October 26

Our first event will be held Saturday, August 31st from 3-8PM. We’ll have burgers, pulled pork, potato salad, corn on the cob and other locally sourced veggies.

There are a couple different ticket options available - general admission tickets for $30, which includes food and 2 beers, and our $50 VIP ticket that gets you in an hour earlier at 2PM for premium parking, another beer, exclusive swag, and an extra surprise!

We'll also be offering $15 for designated drivers, $10 for kids, 6 and under free.

Tickets are limited, so get yours now and let’s party at the new place!

Skyline Trading Company Announces Move and Expansion with New Brewery

After an overwhelmingly successful two and a half years in business, Skyline Trading Company is thrilled to announce that they will be moving and reopening as Skyline Beer Company at 98 Southwick Road in Westfield, MA. This new space will include a 10 BBL brewing operation, expanded indoor and outdoor seating, and a full bar featuring their own brews in addition to the existing expansive tap list. New plans include a self-service grain room for homebrew sales, an expanded food menu, and on-site gardens for fresh picked ingredients.

Skyline is also expanding its ownership team with the addition of Dana Bishop as their Head Brewer. Current owners Lisa Pac and Daniel Osella are pleased to welcome him aboard and look forward to joining the already flourishing Western Mass brewery community.

While the new space is under construction, Skyline will continue to operate at 124 Elm Street.  The original location will be listed for sale in the coming months and would be a perfect fit for anyone looking to open up a restaurant/bar space.

As a thank you to the community for their loyal patronage and continuing support, Skyline will be holding a series of outdoor events at the new property as the build out continues inside the space. More details will be released as they become available on their website at
