We pulled 5 gallons of goodness from Sunday Drive, our New Zealand Pilsner from the fermenter just at the right time when to naturally carbonate this delighful beer before it was Dry hopped OR Lagered.

This should be a very interesting flavor profile, and definitely one of a kind! We tap this treat at 6 pm and usually sell out that same night, so don't miss it! The rest of the batch of the beer is still lagering so we won't get to try it for another month or so.
