Please join us for another Firkin Friday! This cask was filled with the wheat base for our B Berry beer just at the end of fermentation when there was still a tiny bit of yeast was still present in the beer before we cooled it down and added the flavor to it.
We then added a little bit of sugar and capped it up tight for over 2 weeks, every time we tap a cask it is like a new experiment! Come raise a pint of "Real Ale' with us this Friday!
