This experience is presented to you by our good friend and knowledgeable "Whisky Pirate" Jay Cole who selects the whiskies and walks us through the aroma and flavor profile of each pairing and along with the region and history behind the spirit. He shares stories of his travels to these regions and even a joke to raise a toast!
